Fiona Laing hosts an evening of stories, music, art and gin at the Isle of Man's own Fynoderee Distillery in Ramsey. Enjoy a G&T on arrival before Fiona talks about modern gin-making, and what inspires the people crafting the spirit. She will be joined by Tiffany Kerruish and the Fynoderee Distillery team who are providing samples of their most popular gins. There will then be time for another drink (or two) and a book-signing by Fiona.
Fiona Laing is the author of three books: The Gin Clan, the comprehensive guide to Scottish gins; Gins of the North-West and Yorkshire’s Gins. Alongside her career as a newspaper journalist and PR consultant, Fiona has travelled the world as a travel writer, food editor and hotel judge, listening to the stories of the people who make our favourite foods and drinks.
The Fynoderee Distillery is dedicated to the production of premium spirits with genuine Manx roots and heritage. Distilled and bottled in Ramsey, the gins, rums and whiskeys feature Manx-grown and hand-foraged botanicals.
